With more than 8 years of accounting experience, 5 years of paralegal experience, and nearly a lifetime spent in the construction industry, Suzanne Ervine is uniquely poised to assist contractors, small businesses and property owners handling their own legal and financial affairs.
Suzanne is a bonded Legal Document Assistant registered in San Diego and San Luis Obispo Counties, and a practicing freelance Paralegal. She founded Construction Commando LDA to provide affordable, quality legal document services to those who choose to handle their own legal matters without a lawyer. Prior to establishing Construction Commando LDA, Suzanne worked as a paralegal in both law firm and corporate environments.
Suzanne graduated at the top of her class in the ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate Program, Honors, at the University of San Diego. Upon graduation, she was honored with both the Top Business Litigation Student Award and the Legal Research and Writing Award. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Cum Laude, from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Together with her husband Roger, Suzanne also owns and manages Fidelity Electric, a full-service residential and commercial electrical contracting company.
